【初一学生英语演讲稿3分钟】Good morning, teachers and classmates,

Today, I am very happy to stand here and give a speech. The topic of my speech is "My Dream".

Everyone has a dream. Some people want to be doctors, some want to be teachers, and others want to be scientists. As for me, my dream is to become a writer. I love reading books and writing stories. Every time I write, I feel very happy and excited.

Why do I want to be a writer? Because I think words can change the world. A good story can make people laugh, cry, or even think deeply. I want to use my words to share beautiful things with others. I also want to help people who are sad or lonely by writing kind and encouraging stories.

Of course, becoming a writer is not easy. It needs a lot of practice and patience. I need to read more books, learn new words, and improve my writing skills. I also need to keep writing every day, even if it's just a short paragraph.

I believe that as long as I work hard and never give up, my dream will come true one day. I will keep trying and never stop dreaming.
