The Story of Little Red Riding Hood (Bilingual Version)
In a faraway forest, there lived a kind little girl named "Little Red Riding Hood." She was called that because she always wore a red hat. She was kind, smart, and very filial, helping her mother with chores every day and picking wild flowers and fruits in the forest.
One day, her mother fell ill, and she asked Little Red Riding Hood to take some food and medicine to visit her grandmother who lived on the other side of the forest. The girl agreed and brought a basket full of delicious things. She reminded herself, "Be careful on the way, don't talk to strangers."
But when she entered the forest, she met a wolf. The wolf looked friendly and asked where she was going. She told him, and the wolf immediately had a bad idea. It pretended to be concerned and said, "Oh, I can help you deliver it."
But Little Red Riding Hood didn’t fall for it and continued walking.
The wolf quickly ran to her grandmother's house and tricked her into thinking that Little Red Riding Hood had arrived. Her grandmother, not knowing it was a trap, opened the door. The wolf then ate her and put on her clothes, lying in bed pretending to be asleep.
When Little Red Riding Hood arrived, she noticed something strange about her grandmother’s appearance but still believed her.
"Grandma, why are your ears so big?" she asked.
"Because I want to hear you better," the wolf replied.
"And why are your hands so long?" she asked again.
"Because I want to hold you better," the wolf smiled.
At that moment, Little Red Riding Hood realized it was a wolf! She screamed, "Help!" Just then, a hunter passed by and heard the cry. He came to save Little Red Riding Hood and put the wolf in a cage.
From that day on, Little Red Riding Hood learned to be more careful and understood not to trust strangers easily. And that wolf was forever remembered as a lesson.
